Introduction
By the grace of Almighty Allah and with the encouragement of
Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia our company was established
to assist in the
development and improvement of the Saudi Arabian peoples in general
and civilized standards. We have tried to serve in the past and will
continue to undertake our tremendous efforts with full confidence to
perform activities in the future. Within the range of this
introduction we have displayed active roll in achievement of our goal,
which has attained in the best interest to serve the nation and to the
entire satisfaction of our clients.

Formation Of Company
The Company was formed in 1953, being
registered as a collective company under the Commercial Registration
No. 205 1000 654, through partnership of three Hazza Brothers, Mr.
Nassir Hazza Al-Subaie, Mr. Salem Hazza Al-Subaie and Mr. Fahad Hazza
Al-Subaie, changing its status, as a limited liability company during
1988. The Hazza family still maintains their active participation, in
the day to day management of the company's affairs. |

Main
Activities The Company
was operated on a divisional basis, and acting as an independent
profit center with each division. The division reflects the main
interests of the company being construction, plant hire,
transportation, aggregates and asphalt supply, real estate
property, camps, travel and commerce. |
