			Real Estate Property The real estate property was formed to satisfy the requirements of the company to house its own employees. However due to an increasing demand in the local market for quality buildings the company enlarged the division and undertook the development of commercial properties, villas, houses and appartment buildings in order to be able to offer a fully comprehensive portfolio to local and expatriate residents.


			All of the company's properties are built to internationally accepted luxury standards and the company continues its program of quality buildings. In 1990 Al-Hazza Real Estate was re-organized and moved into its premises on 25th Street North Alkhobar from where it offers a comprehensive leasing services to the customers of the company's properties.
